Local Shipping
Shipping costs will vary based on your delivery address, and these will be determined during the checkout process.
We provide shipping services to the following locations: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al-Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah.
Our goal is to deliver your orders from 4-hours / Same-day / Next-day or within 1-3 days dependent on your choice. Please note
that we do not have control over the specific delivery time.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment – you can then track your
garments from the email for live updates and location.
International Shipping
Currently our primary emphasis is on the local community. However, we are actively striving to broaden our business to reach
customers worldwide. If you’re interested in placing an order from outside the United Arab Emirates, please feel free to send us
an email on info@dstinctdesign.com with your order information and we will make your request happen.
Returns
Our return policy gives you 30 days from receiving your items to request a return. To be eligible, your items must be unused, with
tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of receipt or order.
To start a return, email us at info@dstinctdesign.com. If approved, we will send you a return label and instructions. We will not
accept items without prior approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Upon receiving your order, kindly examine the items and promptly reach out to us if you encounter any defects, damages, or if you have received an incorrect item. This will enable us to assess the issue and take necessary steps to rectify it. Email is on info@dstinctdesign.com.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to obtain the item you desire is to return the current one you have. Once the returned is approved, you can procced to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If ap-
proved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank
or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
