A: Yes. If you’re placing an order from outside the United Arab Emirates, please send us an email on info@dstinctdesign.com with your order information and we will make your request happen.
A: DSTINCT garments are mostly all oversized fitting. We provide model measurements for size references in the garment descriptions. For any more help – please email info@dstinctdesign.com
A: Our return policy gives you 30 days from receiving your items to request a return. To be eligible, your items must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of receipt or order.
To start a return, email us at info@dstinctdesign.com. Once approved, we will send you full instructions. We will not accept items without prior approval.

A: DSTINCT garments are released in limited quantities and sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each garment is produced only 100 times, making them limited stock items. In the future, DSTINCT will offer online-exclusive and in-store exclusive products. To stay informed about the launch of these exclusive products and updates about our physical store locations, please subscribe to DSTINCT’s Mailing list.

A: DSTINCT is committed to countering the fast fashion trend and minimizing material waste. If any of our products are sold out, we offer the option to make them to order in your preferred size until 100 pieces have been sold.

For international shipping – this will be confirmed via an email and dependant on what location the garments are being shipped to.
